The gym has a friendly atmosphere which is not intimidating in
the slightest, training buddies are encouraged as it is easier to motivate each other.
Some of our aerobic studio classes are included in our gold membership, run most days. and we are open for you to visit prior to joining with no obligation. We have ladies who are members from many Wiltshire, Somerset & Avon towns including, Bath, Westbury, Warminster, Melksham, Chippenham, Devizes and Frome.

So often we hear,

There are thousands of women just like you that feel self-conscious and awkward in the gym, but here at TLC we have members from 16-70 years old, from a size 8 to size 30! - But all our members are like minded and we facilitate a relaxed and friendly environment. In some cases members who have never met, end up as good friends and everyone encourages each other to reach their goals, and most of our members combine their fitness regime with a socially fun time!
